Bachelor's degree in Business, a quantitative field, or equivalent practical experience.
10 years of experience in vendor strategy and operations, either in vendor management (working at the client) or in vendor delivery (working at the supplier).
Experience in change management, with a focus on productivity.
Ability to travel up to 20% of the time, as required.
Preferred qualifications:
Experience utilizing data analysis to generate insights, influence executive stakeholders, and drive decision-making.
Experience leading complex, high-value agreement and structuring sophisticated commercial agreements.
Experience managing global operations with evidence of driving substantial year-over-year improvements in productivity, efficiency, and overall value creation through initiatives.
Understanding of process improvement methodologies (e.g., Lean, Six Sigma).
Knowledge of applying automation principles and technologies (e.g., RPA, workflow automation) within an operational context.
Excellent problem solving and quantitative skills.
