3. Technical leadership - A must for this role is for the QAM to be proficient in automation frameworks and implementations. Ability to work at both at the architecture and implementation details. Able to hold its ground when talking with individual contributors. We are not looking for someone that outsources technical decisions to a tech lead.
A day in the life

- 3+ years of quality assurance engineering experience
- 3+ years of quality assurance teams management experience
- Experience managing manual testers
- Experience managing automation testers
- Experience identifying and reviewing test plans, test cases and testing results with a strong QA background

- Experience preparing quality metrics and effectively engaging with stakeholders to set and drive quality goals
- Experience transforming QA programs from manual to automation
