- Bachelor's degree in a technical field, or equivalent practical experience.
- 8 years of experience in program management.
- Experience in Data Center Infrastructure, telecommunications, or construction industries.
- Experience in process engineering (e.g., design, continuous improvement, system architecture, capacity delivery).
Preferred qualifications:
- MBA or Master's degree.
- Certification in Project Management Professional (PMP) and Lean Six Sigma Black Belt/Master Black Belt.
- 8 years of experience managing cross-functional or cross-team projects.
- Experience in problem-solving, quantitative analysis, and communicating findings to executive management.
- Experience leading cross-functional process improvement programs.
- Ability to collaborate and influence across multiple levels of an organization.
