The Central Market Area Parts & Service Business Development Manager will support their Manager and Market Area Personnel in meeting/exceeding:

• Customer Pay RO (Repair Order) Growth
• Bulk Oil Retention
• Elite ROs/Bay/Day Growth
• Warranty RO Duration Reduction
• Dealer Parts and Accessory Purchase Growth
  • Wholesale Sales (less D2D) Growth – both Mechanical and Collision
    • Ensure RepairLink and CollisionLink performance indicators are communicated weekly and identify opportunities for consultation
  • RIM (Retail Inventory Management) dealer enrollments and compliance
  • Work with lower performing dealerships to increase Fleet/Government coding
