Requirements
Proven leadership experience, including 5+ years leading engineers or engineering managers, with a track record of hiring, growing, and managing high-performing teams.
Hands-on experience in building and scaling payments or fintech systems.
Strong platform engineering background, including microservices architecture, event-driven systems, and versioned APIs.
Deep knowledge of security, compliance, and regulatory considerations in fintech/payments.
Demonstrated success in taking products from 0 → 1 in fast-paced environments.
Backend-focused, with working knowledge of modern frontend frameworks.
Strong system design and problem-solving skills, with a hands-on, proactive mindset.
Proficiency in object-oriented programming and software design patterns.
