Furthermore, you will drive key strategic initiatives aligned with the evolving priorities of the Enterprise Payments organization through effective project and program management. General Responsibilities
Develop and deliver comprehensive monthly, quarterly, and annual reports detailing payment operational performance, risk posture, and progress on key strategic initiatives.
Proactively monitor and analyze payments-related issues, events, and risks to derive actionable insights, identify trends, and recommend robust risk mitigation strategies.
Support lines of business in demonstrating adherence to payment risk standards
Lead and manage payments-related initiatives, encompassing strategic development, governance enhancements, and oversight activities.

Basic Qualifications
Bachelor’s Degree or Military experience
At least 3 years of experience in risk management
At least 4 years of experience in banking or the financial industry
At least 2 years of process or project management experience
At least 2 years of experience using Google Suite or Microsoft Office
Preferred Qualifications
At least 3 years of experience working in payments
At least 5 years of experience in risk management
At least 5 years of process or project management experience
Accredited ACH Professional (AAP) certification or Accredited Payments Risk Professional (APRP) certification
