• Drive hands-on development in Generative AI initiatives within the Tax Technology function, directly contributing to coding, testing, and deploying AI solutions.
• Develop and implement innovative AI strategies, utilizing advanced techniques such as Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), hybrid search, and re-ranking mechanisms.
• Architect, fine-tune, and deploy large language models (LLMs) and generative AI applications, integrating core technical solutions into end-to-end workflows.
• Adhere to and promote robust coding standards and software engineering best practices, ensuring code quality, maintainability, and scalability.
• Build and manage CI/CD pipelines to enable seamless deployment and integration of AI applications into production environments.
• Troubleshoot and independently solve complex technical challenges, applying deep hands-on expertise in modern AI techniques.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to integrate advanced AI technologies into existing systems and processes.

• Strong hands-on coding experience with 86-10 years in AI and technology-driven environments, emphasizing generative AI.
• Proficient in fine-tuning large language models (LLMs) with practical, real-world experience in RAG, hybrid search, and re-ranking techniques.
• Solid background in software engineering, with deep expertise in coding standards, version control, and best practices.
• Demonstrated ability as an individual contributor who independently develops and deploys high-quality AI applications.
• Expertise in building, managing, and optimizing CI/CD pipelines and automated testing frameworks for AI solutions.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with a track record of developing original, impactful technical solutions.
• Strong communication skills, with the ability to articulate technical concepts clearly to both technical peers and non-technical stakeholders.
• A collaborative mindset, focused on delivering hands-on technical excellence while effectively contributing to team projects.

• B.E./ B.Tech from Top tier Govt. recognized university/Institution
• Experience of building AI, Gen AI teams
• Strong communication & presentation skills
• Prior exposure to AI model development and lifecycle management.
• Passion in learning about new technologies in the field of AI, Generative AI
• Experience in using Generative AI assistants for coding
