What you’ll be doing:

• Partnering with the legal team and management on our general litigation matters.

• Working closely with the rest of the team to manage litigation and pre-litigation activities and responses.

• Focusing on non-patent civil litigation, including securities, competition, employment, and contract litigation.

What we need to see:

• A J.D. degree and license to practice law in California.

• 5+ years of experience in U.S. federal litigation and 8+ years of overall litigation experience.

• Strong written and verbal advocacy skills.

• Exceptional legal judgment across a wide variety of subject matters.

Ways to stand out from the crowd:

• Judicial clerkship and trial experience.

• Experience in high-tech industry.

• Engineering degree or equivalent is preferred.

• Demonstrate a proactive, enthusiastic, and team-focused approach to your work.
