7+ years management experience leading teams and collaborating with a complex network of partners
Experience leading work across different earned and owned channels, including digital and social
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate, including the ability to defend and adapt ideas with partners and senior executives
Experience collaborating and moving creative work forward within a highly matrixed organization.
