We’re seeking someone who blends strategic thinking with hands-on execution, and who thrives in building scalable, sustainable solutions. You’ll also champion improvements to the shopping experience, advocating for the needs of consumers, couriers, and merchants every step of the way.

• Lead global quality initiatives that enhance customer experience and improve retention. Set goals, define KPIs, manage planning and execution, and keep stakeholders aligned across regions.

• Drive product enhancements by collaborating with Tech teams. Help define requirements, validate experiments, support launches, and iterate to improve shopping quality.

• Own and track performance metrics. Build reporting tools, monitor key KPIs, and share insights with leadership to support decision-making.

• Use data to solve big problems. Analyze trends, uncover root causes, and lead impactful programs that address global quality challenges.

• A minimum of 5 years of experience in Operations, Strategy, Business Management, or a related field.

• A bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Computer Science, or a related discipline.

• Strong analytical skills with hands-on experience using SQL, Excel and Google Analytics.

• Proven ability to manage and scale programs that align with strategic goals.

• A balance of big-picture thinking and strong execution skills.

• Experience collaborating across multiple teams, including Product, Legal, Operations, and Support.

• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to make complex topics clear and engaging for diverse audiences.

• Experience in high-growth or fast-paced environments.

• Comfortable navigating ambiguity and skilled at creating structured, thoughtful solutions.

• An MBA or advanced degree is a plus.
