Here's What You'll Be Responsible For:

  • Continuously monitor and control the operational processes to ensure they run within specified parameters.Identify and resolve operational issues promptly to minimize downtime.

  • Analyze operational data to optimize performance and efficiency.Ensure that all operations comply with safety regulations and standards.

  • Develop and implement schedules for routine maintenance to prevent equipment failures.

  • Use data analytics and condition monitoring to predict equipment failures and schedule maintenance proactively.

  • Respond to equipment breakdowns and perform repairs to restore functionality.

  • Manage spare parts and equipment inventory lo ensure availability when needed.Oversee the lifecycle of assets from procurement to disposal.

  • Monitor the performance and condition of assets to make informed decisions about maintenance and replacement.

  • Provide training to operations and maintenance personnel lo ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge.

  • Foster continuous learning and development to keep the team up-to-date with the latest technologies and best practices.

• Minimum 5 years' of related experience with a Bachelor's degree, or 3 years and a Master's degree; or a PhD without experience

Experienced professional with full understanding on specialized areas; resolves a wide range of issues in creative ways

• Works on problems of diverse scope where analyzing data requires evaluating identifiable factors. Demonstrates good judgement in selecting methods and techniques for obtaining solutions

• Normally receives little instruction on day-to-day work and receives general instructions on new assignments
