• Lead a team of high-performance sales professionals and consultants and support them to Think Big about the impact AWS can have on customers.
• Engage our customers to design, position, and deliver digital transformation programs in the cloud.
• Earn trust with the C-level and build confidence in their ability to successfully embark on their digital transformation journey in the cloud.
• Advocate on behalf of your customer to influence and shape our consulting delivery and product & services capabilities.
• Define and execute effective partner strategies to maximize our ability to deliver customers’ business outcomes.
• Accountable for revenue performance, exceptional customer experiences, and practice growth.
• Attract and develop the best industry talent and build and grow high performing consultant teams with superior business and technical depth, and outstanding customer relationship skills.About the team
