Job Responsibilities:
- Design and implement new investment strategies across all asset classes for the US market
- Collaborate with research, trading, and sales teams to develop innovative financial solutions
- Stay informed on investment themes and academic research in the quantitative investment space
- Partner with regional structuring teams to market content and originate trades for US clients
- Transform concepts into tradable products, balancing requirements from various stakeholders
- Support the execution of transactions linked to our indices
- Engage in dialogue with sales and clients to understand and meet their needs
- Lead the team in adapting strategies to align with market trends and client demands
- Ensure compliance with legal and regulatory standards in product development
- Drive the origination and execution of quantitative investment strategy trades
- Foster a collaborative and inclusive team environment
Required Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills:
- Extensive experience in product design and origination of quantitative investment strategy trades for US clients
- Proven track record of success with US clients
- Strong quantitative skills and intellectual curiosity
- Ability to work effectively under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills
- Bachelor's degree in a quantitative discipline such as Finance, Engineering, Mathematics, or Science

This role encompasses the performance of UK regulated activity.
