You will ensure that the organization is prepared to properly respond to various security related threats, emergencies and escalations.
You must have a demonstrated ability to utilize their security expertise and management strength to challenge conventional wisdom, think strategically, deliver results and communicate effectively both verbally and in writing.Responsibilities will also include strategic engagement with the Amazon Air Gateway Operations Leadership team, 3P Security Directors and Air Carrier Security Directors during event and incident management, and data driven decision making based on the Security Management System (SeMS) Quality Assurance data.Key job responsibilities
- Manage information from various reporting tools to determine and manage risks- Participate in the onboarding and knowledge transfer of regulatory requirements with internal and external customers and stakeholders- Review security practices and procedures to ensure that they are in line with regulatory compliance
- Support the investigation of regulatory violations and utilizing the Security Management System to identify root cause. Developing mitigating actions to reduce risk
- Establish and maintain relationships with aviation and security stakeholders within your region, as well as local Federal Law Enforcement and Local Municipal Law Enforcement
