Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
5 years of experience in program or project management.
Experience in trust and safety, regulatory affairs or compliance.
Experience in operations and internal stakeholder management.
Preferred qualifications:
Experience designing/drafting, testing or auditing controls within technical companies.
Ability to effectively manage stakeholders, build strong relationships, align across multiple functions to create mutually workable solutions, and manage expectations.
Ability to leverage problem-solving skills to extract data insights and identify key trends, informing report development.
Ability to influence and motivate partner teams in ambiguous and complex environments, without authority.
Ability to manage multiple projects despite changing requirements, demands, and external deadlines, while incorporating stakeholder inputs.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills to craft clear, concise narratives that inform and influence stakeholders.
