Key job responsibilities
- Define and execute program strategy, including mission, vision, and tenets, while setting clear objectives and measurable success criteria- Drive technical decision-making by understanding system architectures, limitations, and scaling factors, partnering with Senior/Principal Engineers to ensure solutions meet business requirements- Develop and maintain program roadmaps, contributing to OP1/OP2 narratives and owning organizational goals- Monitor and analyze program metrics, continuously seeking improved data visibility and ensuring alignment with organizational objectives- Create and present effective technical narratives to senior leadership, building consensus among stakeholders with divergent viewsAbout the team

- 6+ years of technical product or program management experience
- 3+ years of technical program management working directly with software engineering teams experience
- Experience managing technical programs across cross-functional teams, building processes and coordinating release schedules
- Possess system design knowledge and expertise to drive technical decisions and anticipate technical risks

- 5+ years of project management disciplines including scope, schedule, budget, quality, along with risk and critical path management experience
- Experience defining KPI's/SLA's used to drive multi-million dollar businesses and reporting to senior leadership
