We’re looking for an inspiring servant leader to join our Customs and trade team as Customs Manager. This role will focus on driving performance excellence in dutiable element processes within the dynamic EMEA trade landscape, particularly in the UK and EU. WHAT YOU’LL WORK ON
In this role, you will lead a team focused on customs valuation, origin determination (FTA), and classification processes.
You will be responsible for the operational excellence of these processes, coaching the team in process improvements and collaborating with peers to design and implement innovative solutions. You will create actionable plans with clear timelines, deliverables, and ownership, while driving cross-functional alignment and progress in line with agreed-upon solutions.
