Requirements:
Experience: 5+ years managing entire product lifecycles in B2C companies (a must).
Gaming Advantage: Previous experience in the gaming industry is a big plus.
Team Leadership: Successfully led large teams of product managers and designers (10+ employees).
Leadership Skills: Strong organizational, management, and leadership abilities.
