What you'll be doing - Manage and Expand Existing Accounts: Take ownership of the client management process, including renewals, upsells, and contract negotiations. Focus on driving increased revenue by proactively identifying and executing on opportunities for Unity’s ad solutions.
- Grow Client Monetization: Actively partner with existing clients to expand the use of LevelPlay mediation, Tapjoy Offerwall, ironSource Ads, and Unity Ads. Develop and implement strategies that align with clients' monetization goals to unlock new revenue potential.
- Be an Industry Ambassador: Represent Unity at industry events and conferences, establishing yourself as a trusted expert in mobile monetization, while reinforcing our strong relationships with current partners.
- Use Data to Drive Success: Utilize Unity’s BI and analytical tools to inform strategies, optimize client outcomes, and improve internal processes. Take initiative to uncover insights that lead to actionable solutions for our partners.
- Gather and Share Insights: Collect valuable client feedback on monetization needs and opportunities, providing insights to internal Marketing and Product teams to continuously refine and improve Unity’s ad offerings.
What we're looking for - Proven Sales Drive: You’re self-motivated and thrive on exceeding goals. You’ve had success in sales, account management, or business development, ideally within advertising, gaming, and/or app monetization.
- Proactive, Results-Oriented Mindset: A track record of identifying and capitalizing on upsell opportunities, building strong client relationships, and delivering on targets.
- Passion for Ad Monetization: You understand and can communicate the value of Unity’s monetization products, including mediation platforms, offerwalls, and in-app ad formats, and know how to use them to unlock client growth.
- Exceptional Relationship Skills: You’re a natural at building trust, maintaining positive relationships, and working collaboratively across teams to deliver for clients.
You might also have - Ability to prioritize multiple objectives in a fast-paced, client-focused environment.
- Familiarity with mobile ad networks, ad exchanges, mediation technology, and programmatic advertising.
- Eagerness to stay ahead of industry trends and proactively seek out new knowledge to remain competitive.
