Your role is to ensure that the program’s design, development, and implementation processes meet the technical requirements of the team and ensure alignment with business objectives. You’ll be responsible for overseeing the cross functional working delivering the product, monitoring overall progress of the program, and finding ways to increase efficiency. You’ll need a keen eye for detail to ensure that no part of the program is off track and the expectation of the stakeholders is met. You’ll need to have a deep understanding of product development process management, excellent problem-solving abilities and the capacity to exercise strong organizational and communication skills. You should be a great team player and should have the ability to easily adapt to dynamic business environment. As a TPM, you will be the single point of contact that coordinates with both internal and external teams to ensure production runs seamlessly.
