As the Talent Acquisition Specialist, you will be responsible for managing the entire recruitment and selection process. This includes evaluating job candidates, maintaining relationships with external vendors, creating and implementing recruiting plans, monitoring candidate selection metrics, and keeping up-to-date with ever-changing recruiting trends. You must also be skilled at working collaboratively with various departments, including HR and Operations, to develop and execute new processes, liaise with hiring managers, and ensure a positive candidate experience every step of the way.
The successful candidate should have at least 2 years of experience in a talent acquisition role, a passion for recruitment and selection, and an expert level understanding of the tech industry vital. You’ll also need to be well versed in interviewing techniques and have a sharp eye for selecting the best candidates from a large pool of applicants. High emotional intelligence and excellent organizational skills are essential for success in this role.
