As a Support Specialist on Expoint, you will have the opportunity to jump into the heart of the tech industry and make a real impact. You’ll be the go-to for customers who have questions or challenges, taking ownership of each query or issue and providing efficient and timely solutions to ensure customer satisfaction. You’ll ensure customer queries are resolved quickly and accurately, taking care to be detail-orientated when processing each ticket through to completion.
You’ll quickly become a master of the tech products supported, growing your knowledge while learning how they are used every day by customers. You’ll also showcase your passion for customer service, delivering excellent customer care while maintaining a friendly and approachable demeanor.
