- Bachelor of Law or equivalent law degree.
- Bar admission in at least one jurisdiction.
- Eight or more years of experience at an international law firm and or in-house at a multinational company.
- Deep expertise and understanding of laws and regulations in the Gulf Cooperation Council .
- Fluent in Arabic and English written and spoken.
- Experience in emerging markets.
- Experience working with government agencies, regulators and other stakeholders in the region.
- Proven ability to advise on complex legal and regulatory issues.
- Demonstrated ability to exercise good judgment on time sensitive issues.
- Keen interest in regional developments and public policy issues.
