Key job responsibilities* Devise Strategy: Partner with regional teams to define and execute Database Engagement strategy, including Aurora DSQL and Oracle Exadata workload migrations, across global territories and key partners.* Thought Leadership: Provide global thought leadership on Database solutions, including Aurora DSQL and Oracle Database@AWS migrations. Create enablement content through AWS Blog, Whitepapers, reference architectures, and present at AWS events and industry conferences.* Partner Evangelism: Evangelize partner value propositions internally across global AWS teams and externally with customers, highlighting migration paths for Oracle workloads including Exadata and RAC to AWS.
* Partner Enablement: Drive partner solutions and go-to-market strategies across regions. - Experience in infrastructure architecture, database architecture and networking
- Proven hands-on experience as an Oracle DBA with expertise in implementing and operating Exadata and Oracle RAC-based solutions, including data warehouse architecture and database development.

- Experience migrating or transforming legacy customer solutions to the cloud
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with a high degree of comfort speaking with executives, IT Management, and developers.
- AWS Solution Architecture certification or relevant cloud expertise
- Computer Science /relevant degree and/or experience highly desired
- Deep Oracle database expertise, demonstrating hands-on experience in managing enterprise-scale Oracle environments, including RDS for Oracle implementations, data modeling, performance optimization, and high availability solutions.
- Possess strong technical communication skills to effectively guide senior executives, developers, and architects while understanding enterprise data governance, security, and compliance requirements.
- Proven ability to architect Oracle database solutions for cloud-based analytics and business intelligence workloads, with expertise in database migration, integration patterns, and best practices for Oracle on AWS.Pursuant to the San Francisco Fair Chance Ordinance, we will consider for employment qualified applicants with arrest and conviction records.
