As a Support Engineer at Expoint, based in Washington, you would be an integral part of one of the most vibrant tech scenes in the United States. In this role, you will provide technical support within the product line and be responsible for finding solutions to customer complaints and inquiries. You would prioritize requests, delegate tasks and escalate complex issues as needed.
Your duties would also include troubleshooting and resolving issues, gathering data, and working closely with Product Managers, Developers, and QA Teams to ensure successful product launches. In addition, you must be able to recognize customer service trends and recommend solutions for improvement.
The successful Support Engineer must have excellent communication and problem-solving skills, a strong customer focus, a demonstrable understanding of the tech industry, and experience working with a product-based company. You must be able to think logically and quickly manage multiple tasks and risk factors. Additionally, you should have strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret customer data in order to respond accurately and effectively.
