You will be responsible for managing the engineering team, and you will be required to develop best practices, oversee timelines, and provide subsequent guidance to the engineering team. The Engineering Manager will oversee the daily tasks of a team of engineers and report project progress to upper management. Additionally, they will collaborate with other teams to implement comprehensive technology solutions and ensure that the engineers have access to necessary resources and tools. You will also monitor team performance, resolve any engineering issues promptly, and mentor high-performing engineers. To excel in this role, you will need a Bachelor's degree in engineering, preferably in computer science, and have at least 5-7 years of engineering experience. Leadership and management skills are of the utmost importance, as the Engineer Manager will be expected to lead and motivate a team of engineers. You must also be familiar with the latest technological trends and have the ability to apply them to the engineering team’s output.
