As the Development Manager, you’ll establish clear expectations throughout the process and conduct code reviews and software architecture reviews to ensure all deliverables pass quality standards. Additionally, you will oversee the operational aspects of the division, such as budgeting, implementation of new software and hardware design technologies, and changes in organizational structure. In order to be successful in this role, you need to have mastery of software and hardware engineering fundamentals, as well as a deep understanding of the technical aspects of the tech industry. You must have a proven track record of managing software engineering projects from start to finish, as well as the ability to lead a team and establish effective working relationships with stakeholders.
