As a Technical Account Manager, you will be responsible for the unique needs of each of our customers. This includes analyzing customer feedback, working closely with the engineering team to create tailored solutions for different customers’ needs, ensuring customer expectations are met, and maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction. You will also manage customer inquiries, assessing customer data, and addressing client complaints and suggestions.
