In this role, you will act as an ambassador for the company, defining a vision, developing project plans, and ultimately ensuring customer success.
As a solutions consultant, you will be responsible for troubleshooting and providing technical support, gathering customer requirements, and staying up to date on the latest technology trends. In addition, you will be expected to identify potential opportunities for technology enhancements and new solutions, as well as collaborate with other departments and our partners to ensure milestones are met throughout each project.
The ideal candidate is an excellent problem solver and critical thinker with an in-depth knowledge of software, databases, and IT infrastructure. You will master the company’s products and serve as a technical expert to our customers, understanding their needs and providing impeccable customer service. You will report to the Director of Solutions, working hand-in-hand with other departments to ensure project objectives are met.
