You must have comprehensive knowledge of accounting principles and guidelines. The successful candidate must also demonstrate an ability to handle multiple projects while meeting tight deadlines. The ideal candidate will possess excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate employees at different levels and to keep up with the dynamics of a growing business. Leadership experience in the tech industry is a must. The preferred candidate will have a degree in Accounting, five years of experience in the tech industry and an accounting certification.
