They should be able to build and maintain relationships, with the ability to anticipate their needs and develop relationships that lead to long-term partnerships. They should be able to identify opportunities for growth and manage these relationships strategically.
They must also be able to clearly communicate internally and externally, to ensure that everyone is up-to-date with progress and information about the solution. They need to be strong negotiators and be able to demonstrate adeptness in closing deals.
