Your role is to ensure customer satisfaction and ensure customer questions, unsolved problems, and technical issues are answered professionally and in a timely manner. This means that you should have excellent phone and email communication skills, in addition to customer friendly approach. Additionally, you should be knowledgeable in software and have a familiarity with Mac and Windows, as well as other operating systems as needed.
You may need to respond to, create, and modify any customer records as needed, including profile information, technical issues, and steps taken to solve problems.
