As an IT Support representative, you will be responsible for supporting a variety of computer systems and related equipment. You will need to provide excellent customer service to clients by providing technical advice, assistance, troubleshooting and repairs. You should be comfortable setting up and installing hardware and software, on-site or remote assistance to diagnose technical issues, and documentation of processes, changes, and resolutions.
