As an instrument engineer, you will be responsible for engineering and automation projects that are essential to a company’s success. You will primarily design, build and maintain the various functioning instrumentation systems that a company relies on for their operations. In addition to designing systems, you will also provide detailed documentation and support for the systems during their installation and commissioning.
You will be monitoring and managing the progress of automation systems such as HVAC, robotics, gas dispersion systems, temperature control systems and many other instrument systems from the conception of the project all the way through to the installation and testing of the systems. Additionally, you will also be collaborating with external vendors and internal teams on matters regarding cost efficiency, quality control, and instrumentation product developments.
Your experience in instrument engineering will be an invaluable asset to your team, enabling you to effectively provide technical expertise and solutions to the team’s challenges. You will have an eye for innovation and be comfortable working with the latest technologies. Qualifications we are seeking include a degree in instrument engineering, a minimum of three years’ experience with instrument engineering project management and completion, as well as excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
