As Human Resources (HR) Director at Expoint, you will be a critical part of our team in driving the strategic direction of the company and advancing our mission of connecting tech experts with organizations for meaningful engagements.
In this role, you will be responsible for developing and executing Expoint’s HR strategy, including recruiting, onboarding, learning & development, employee relations, employee engagement & retention and total rewards. You will also be responsible for designing and delivering innovative recruiting programs that meet the needs of our customers and attract top applicants, as well as leading compensation planning, performance management, and employee engagement & retention initiatives.
We are looking for an enthusiastic, analytical, and highly organized HR professional who has an innate ability to relate to the tech environment and the individual needs of our organization. As a leader in our HR team, you will be expected to demonstrate proactive, clear communication and collaboration across teams, and set an example of high regard and respect for our internal business partners and colleagues.
To be successful in this role, you must possess strong interpersonal skills and be a credible HR leader. Additionally, you should be able to analyze and develop processes and programs that are both effective and efficient. You must also have a solid understanding of current HR policies and regulations and any applicable local, state, and federal laws.
