You’ll need excellent interpersonal and communication skills, as well as the ability to motivate end-users through any challenges they face as they become accustomed to their new ERP system. The ideal candidate for this role will have at least five years of experience as an ERP Consultant, preferably in the tech industry. You should have strong technical, presentation and project-management skills, as well as an in-depth understanding of ERP systems and the software development life cycle. Expertise with business process reengineering and developing custom solutions is also desirable.
