As part of this role, you'll be the face of the company and have direct responsibility for delivering an outstanding customer experience to all Expoint customers. Your mission as a part of this team will be to ensure each customer has an effortless and positive experience. You will be expected to show empathy and listen to customer needs, all while leveraging your superior technology skills to identify and resolve any technical issues that may arise.
You must be a problem solver who can think on their feet, is well-versed in all Expoint products, and is capable of troubleshooting quickly and accurately. You must also have a knack for establishing and maintaining meaningful relationships with customers, as well as be skilled in helping customers learn to use our products if they are unfamiliar.
