Expoint is seeking an experienced Advertising Account Manager to join our team of experts in the tech industry. Reporting to the Account Director, the Account Manager will manage the day-to-day relationship with clients, drive account growth and ensure client satisfaction. No stranger to a fast-paced work environment, the ideal candidate will have 3+ years of account management experience with a strong background in digital marketing and advertising. This role requires an in-depth knowledge of the marketing and advertising landscape and an ability to leverage data to inform decision-making. Experience managing budgets and timelines for multiple campaigns is also required. Responsibilities for this role include developing, negotiating, and managing campaigns for clients; developing KPI-driven strategies to optimize campaigns; identifying and developing business opportunities to increase account growth; managing account budgets; ensuring campaigns are meeting objectives and client expectations; keeping clients informed of progress and acting as the main point of contact between the client and the account team; producing comprehensive reports on campaign performance; and attending meetings and industry events as required. The successful candidate will be highly organized with excellent communication skills. They will be a collaborative team player with a results-driven mindset. They must be passionate about working with clients to meet their goals and objectives. Must have the ability to effectively manage multiple tasks and clients simultaneously in a deadline-driven environment. Must be highly proficient in the MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
