The ideal candidate should have excellent verbal, written communication, and presentation skills. They should have a certified bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, business, or a related field. Ideal candidates should also possess seven to ten years of experience in banking and/or financial services, and be multilingual. In addition to this, they must possess a positive attitude and have a proven track record of success in a similar role.
