As a support specialist, you will be part of a team of professionals who provide technical help and assistance to clients both in person and remotely. Your responsibility will involve assisting customers with inquiries, providing advice & recommendations on the available products & services, and resolving customer complaints in a timely manner.
You should have a strong customer service background and be capable of troubleshooting technical issues. You must possess excellent communication skills – both verbal and written – and have the ability to clearly explain the solutions and solutions options. Additionally, you must be able to work well in fast-paced environments and be able to prioritize tasks while maintaining an overall high level of customer service.
Successful candidates for this role will have an Associate's degree in a related field such as Computer Science or Information Technology.
