The Quality Analyst role in the tech industry is an important one for any organization, especially at Teva. Quality Analysts provide a vital service to the organization by ensuring that all services, products, and support meet the organization’s high standards for excellence. Quality Analysts have the special ability to assess a situation and identify opportunities for improvement, as well as develop new initiatives, processes, and protocols to create a better and more efficient organization.
As a member of the Teva Quality Analyst team, you will be responsible for evaluating the quality of existing and proposed services, products, and support. You will need to have excellent problem-solving skills and be able to provide creative solutions to the organization to move it forward in the highly competitive tech industry. In addition, you should be able to communicate effectively with employees and stakeholders and be able to make decisions based on data.
On a daily basis, the Quality Analyst at Teva will be responsible for researching best practices in the industry as well as current market trends. You will also be expected to create and implement quality assurance programs to ensure that all services, products, and support offered by Teva meet the highest quality standards. As a Quality Analyst at Teva you will also be expected to play an important role in team development initiatives and act as a mentor to junior members of the team.
