SAPアプリケーション導入プロジェクトにおいてチームリーダーとしての経験が複数回あること。また、プロジェクト導入フェーズの工程（Preparation、Explore、Realization、Deploy）についての深い知識・計画作成および実行のご経験があること。. SAP Activateまたは何らかのSAP導入方法論を習得しており、各フェーズにおけるタスクとアウトプットの順序性やリスクのあるポイントなどを説明できる. SAPアプリケーションの導入検討に関する構想策定や提案活動を行なえるスキル及び経験があること。. 本職種が関連する顧客部署の担当者との間で、システム的視点を踏まえた業務的視点での建設的な議論・会話を行えるスキルおよび経験があること。. 少なくとも一つの業界に対してコンサルティングが可能な、業界業務知識・経験をもつこと。. 課題に対して、お客様に対して対策案を提示し、解決に導く等、問題解決能力をもつこと。もしくは、そのフレームワークが身についていること。. 困難な状況においても顧客、社員と良好な関係を築ける高い日本語コミュニケーション能力をもつこと。また、社内の他製品担当のコンサルタントと協業・連携できる、英語力・コミュニケーション力をもつこと。. 日本語（ネイティブレベル）. 英語（読み書き、および限定された業務の会話が可能なレベル。） 歓迎スキル. 導入プロジェクトの提案作成が可能な経験・知識をもつこと。つまり、何らかのソフトウェア製品を顧客に導入する際に必要な、アプローチ、ソリューション、スケジュール、タスク、体制、工数を論理的に想定でき、それらの妥当性を説明できるシステム導入知識をもつこと（ERP製品であればなお可）。. 営業とともに顧客訪問しながら、顧客ニーズを正確に把握し、提案書を作成した経験をもつこと。. SAP Business Technology Platformを活用したコンサルティングの経験。. 自社製品もしくはサービスのロールイン、ロールアウト責任者としての経験。. 最新テクノロジーのアドプション（例：Business AI関連）コンサルティングの経験.
