As a customer success engineer for Next Generation Firewall (NGFW), you will bring technical solutions to ensure customer satisfaction. You'll serve as the primary technical interface between the customer and your team for the duration of the project. That could involve building customer trust and confidence in the product and/or service, training and guiding customers to use their product or service, and troubleshooting any technical issues the customer may have. You will be ensuring client expectations regarding the performance of the product or service meet reality.
In this role, you possess a deep understanding of firewalls, or “Next Generation Firewall”. Experienced in the areas of computer network, system and data security, your role will include responsibility for developing new firewall architectures, implementing various security standards, policies and procedures, as well as developing strategies for firewall maintenance and optimization.
You will possess a great attitude and focus on providing the highest level of customer service. Your strong written and verbal communication skills will come into play in the role as you provide training and guidance to customers and colleagues. You should be results-oriented, have the capacity to align customer objectives with technical initiatives, and have a willingness to work with customers during financial and/or regulatory audit requirements.
