As part of the team of engineers at NVIDIA, this role is essential to the development of the next evolution of graphics cards. Your main purpose within this role will be the development and maintenance of hardware that meets design standards, as well as helping NVIDIA stay competitive in the market.
As Senior Signal Power Integrity Engineer, you will be responsible for creating power integrity models, analyzing system architecture, designing PCBs and coils and optimizing for signal integrity and power dissipation. You will also be responsible for performing simulation and validation activities on different boards and chipsets in order to ensure that they meet design requirements.
On top of that, you will need to apply concepts of electromagnetic compatibility, analyze signals up to 18GHz, and manage pin and slot definition for core modules. You'll be keeping up to date on the latest industry related regulations and standards and ensuring that all products are compliant, as well as working alongside field engineers and application engineers in order to effectively troubleshoot any issues.
The successful candidate for this role will have a degree in electrical engineering or equivalent, preferably with a focus on analog design. Experience with PSPICE, SEMCaps, and Power Integrity analysis tools are a must.
