JPMorgan has a great opportunity for an experienced Commercial Banker to join their Middle Market Banking team in Columbus, Ohio. As Vice President of Middle Market Banking, you will be primarily responsible for driving revenue growth in the technology industry.
You will develop relationships with key clients, identify and structure transactions, and represent JPMorganTech in negotiations and business-critical meetings with industry participants. You will serve as the “go-to” person for clients, ensuring top-notch service and solutions to their financial needs. You will be a financial consultant to CEOs, CFOs, and Business Owners in the Technology sector.
Responsibilities as the VP of Middle Market Banking will include leading complex credit transactions, structuring and negotiating project financing, and structuring and originating lending facilities. You should possess a well-rounded understanding of financial analysis, strong origination skills, and the ability to develop, execute and close transactions.
