As an Ops Support Specialist in Citi Group India, you will be working in close collaboration with the IT Business Client Help Desk to ensure that the processes, procedures, and deliverables of Citi’s IT Business Clients are met at all times. Working as part of a dedicated team, you will play a key role in providing technical support and managing Citi’s operations systems. Your primary responsibilities will include troubleshooting and resolving any issues or conflicts that arise within IT teams and processes.
Though your primary role is mainly operations-focused, you will have the opportunity to contribute to the development and implementation of Citi’s IT products and services, as well as gaining valuable insight into global IT practices. Outstanding analytic and problem-solving skills are imperative for this role.
The ideal candidate for this position will possess a Bachelor’s Degree and mid to senior level experience in the IT service management or operations field. Additionally, strong knowledge and ability with Windows, Linux, and Unix operating systems is preferred. Demonstrated experience with IT service management tools such as Service Now, MS Office, etc. are also considered advantageous.
